Starting fresh on dermat.wantace.app

How to start using the clean live site: what was cleaned, the test logins, what to set up first, and the first real order from start to end.

658 raw materials loaded0 demo orders left26 test loginsCleaned on 4 Nov 2026
Part 01

What is on the live site now

On 4 Nov 2026 the demo data was removed from dermat.wantace.app and the client’s raw material list was loaded. Demo data stays only on the test copy used for the walkthrough guide.

How the clean-up was done

1. A full backup of the live database was taken first and kept on the server (two copies, 4 Nov 2026). Nothing is lost; anything can be brought back.
2. The demo business data was removed in one step, so either everything went or nothing did.
3. The six new raw material fields were added and the client’s raw material sheet was loaded with its stock as opening stock.
4. Order, PI, invoice and PO numbers restart from 0001 on their own because no old documents are left.

Test logins by department

Find your department: what you do, where to start, and your login. Each person sees only their department’s menu and steps.

For testing only. These logins are shared for the test round. Before real use, each person gets their own login and these passwords are changed. Do not put real customer prices or formulas in while they are shared.

How to sign in

1. Open dermat.wantace.app on a computer or phone.
2. Find your department below and use its login and password.
3. You land on My tasks; the left menu shows only your department’s pages.
4. Something wrong or unclear? Write it on the Changes, errors and doubts page with a screenshot.
