After the advance, two arms run side by side: the packaging arm (artwork) and the formula arm (sampling, formula & BOM, material planning). Both must finish before manufacturing. Every stage is a set of steps; each step has its own person, its own fields and its own files, and the next step opens only when the one before is done.

Who sees what

Each person signs in with their own email. The left menu shows only their department’s pages, and on an order they work their own stages in full while other stages show only where they are. Admin sees everything. The screenshots below were taken as admin on the demo data, so they show every button.

Part 01

Finding your way around

Everyone signs in with their own email and sees only the menu and the work of their own department.
